Today I launched the FIRST Tai Chi Youth CROWDFUND in Web3 with payments in ETH.

Back to my momentous accomplishment:  Our first CRYPTO CROWDFUND of Tai Chi Youth nonprofit founded 1996 for “troubled youth” in prisons, and rehabilitation centers.  The program made me so famous I had dozens of job offers I had to refuse.  I was a Mr. Mom in the 1990s and dragged me daughter around to my Shaolin Chi Mantis and Tai Chi Youth classes where she became an ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR at the age of 5 in 1996 when I launched the Tai Chi Youth programs in a YWCA, Continuing Education Program (Night school), Church of Religious Science, Unitarian Church, 3 elementary schools, a middle school, 2 high schools, 2 rehabs, and the Salt Lake City Parks & Recreation where I produced up to 3 Tai Chi tournaments each year.

Tai Chi Youth programs have been used for homeschooling children and is certified by the California Board of Education to qualify as a Physical Education program satisfying High School graduation requirements. 

Hundreds of lives have been improved by Tai Chi Youth… but let’s get back to this historic CRYPTO CROWDFUND of Tai Chi Youth I launched today.

I’ve been studying the crypto world of tokens, coins, NFTs, Web3, DeFi, blockchain technology, network bridging, crypto centralization and decentralized purchasing and storage in hot wallets and cold wallets.  I know a little about everything.   Last year I created the Tai Chi Youth DAO as a new form of blockchain GOVERNANCE to augment our traditional Tai Chi Youth BOARD OF TRUSTEES of our nonprofit.  Contact me if you want to get involved.  Spoiler Alert:  The Tai Chi Youth DAO will also be launching our first DAO DeFi fundraiser during September next month.

Here’s what I did:  

1.  I created an “EDITION” fundraiser at Mirror .XYZ first.  Yes, the Web3 world has different web addresses.  Tai Chi Youth has an NFT collection at https://OpenSea.io/taichiyouth 

This “EDITION” I published today is an NFT I minted at Mirror.XYZ and they will collect “ETH” payments and deposit them into our Crypto wallet of Tai Chi Youth.

A CRYPTO WALLET is like a bank account that anyone can deposit crypto money into.  

This “EDITION” gave me a glimpse into my new platform: Mirror.XYZ

2.  So then I created the CROWDFUND at Mirror .XYZ.

This is really cool but a little complicated.  

You go to this crowdfund and BUY an NFT.  That money goes into the Tai Chi Youth NONPROFIT CRYPTO WALLET connected to the nonprofit bank account at Wells Fargo.  I can explain this “transfer process” later or give me a call, I enjoy teaching people about blockchain technology.  Maybe I’ll start a podcast…

You now OWN this NFT.  Each of these 4 different NFTs correspond to a different donation size and each one has a different number of possible “mintings.”  Just like “MINTING MONEY” you “MINT AN NFT” which can be resold for a loss or profit or kept as a collectible in your “NFT COLLECTION.”

3.  Then I created my first “TEXT NFT” (but I put a picture in it anyway).  I didn’t know these existed until today.  I can write an essay/document and then create a “TEXT NFT” that people can purchase in limited minting supplies for collection, resale or in this case have a document commemorating a CROWDFUND LAUNCH.  Some people collect these crowdfund announcements.  So I created a CROWDFUND LAUNCH TEXT NFT that people can buy of a limited number.  This is CROWDFUND #3 of the Mirror.XYZ Tai Chi Youth Online School Crowdfund.

4.  Whew!  I’ve been studying and talking to people who know more about this than I do for the past month and discovered CROWDFUND PART 4.

It’s called a “Patron Podium.”  (I’d never heard of this before either).

This is where the top 3 highest donors fight to be first place like an auction—but it is for prestige.  

So I had to create 3 NFTs for these guys to fight for and win with the largest donations to the Tai Chi Youth Online School Crowdfund.

So today I just launched 4 CROWDFUNDS at the mirror .xyz WEB3 site although 99% of YOU PEOPLE reading this probably have NO IDEA what I’m talking about.  

Well, until I got cancer chemotherapy last year and laid on my back for four months listening to videos and audiobooks explaining this stuff, I didn’t know anything either.

Richard Del Connor discovered “Masonic Kung Fu” on June 9, 2009 while practicing his Shaolin Kung Fu and studying for his Freemason “3rd Degree” test. Richard noticed that one of his Chinese Kung Fu forms (martial art dance) contained the secret hand signs and signals he’d been learning as firstly, an Entered Apprentice Mason. A little further in the form Richard noticed the secret hand signs of the 2nd Degree in masonry… then the 3rd Degree secrets… Richard excitedly took this dance to his Masonic Lodge and performed it for the 3rd Degree Master Masons. They took a vote and unanimously voted that this Kung Fu dance had been created to contain the secrets of Freemasonry. When he performed this “Ling Po” form fast, even the masons couldn’t see the secrets. But when he slowed down in certain spots he could hear the gasps as the masons recognized their “dugards” and “signs.” The Chinese name of this form translates to “Continuous Motion Form” so that even the title would prevent students from accidentally revealing the embedded secrets of Freemasonry.
During the research of this “Masonic Kung Fu” form, Richard found information that traced this masonic Kung Fu dance being passed between Kung Fu systems and even his own Grandmaster, Chiu Chuk Kai. So Richard created this fictional story to keep his past masters out of trouble. Based upon trues stories, Richard’s novel is of two Chinese teenagers rescuing a British Freemason secret agent who is trapped on the Chinese coast as the Japanese army invades China in 1937 to begin WWII.
This book is also an interesting comparison of the initiation secrets and ceremonies of English Freemasonry and Chinese Buddhist Kung Fu. The head shaving and killing of Hiram Abif are parallel ceremonies unknown to most people.
Although Richard Del Connor teaches this “Ling Po” (“Lian Bu”) in his Shaolin Chi Mantis Traditional Buddhist Kung Fu schools, he only reveals the secrets to brother 3rd Degree Master Masons.

As several of these ten WordPress websites are being completed, it seemed odd to shift focus to another website.  I searched through all my business plans and marketing plans I’ve designed since moving to Lancaster in October, 2019.

Why?

I’m finishing my “Vision Quest” which isn’t really an annual event, but I’m very acutely aware of it every year at this time.  It was in 1994 that I had my first “Hanblechia” at the Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota.

This year it kind of happened.  Living on the street the past six years made privacy extinct.  Comfort, peace, quiet, and serenity, didn’t even exist in the confines of my car as it rocked side to side when cars would drive by…

This year I allowed myself to enjoy my privacy.  Yeah, it’s been the Covid-19 lockdown, but I’ve got nowhere to go and no friends to visit.  With the death of Oscar Barrera I don’t even have any friends to talk to.

So my Vision Quest just kind of happened.  After a couple weeks, I realized I had several unresolved objectives… and then I realized I was searching for a MOTIVATION to accomplish my objectives.

I wasn’t planning to lay out my Vision Quest here, but I realized how my life has always been motivated by jobs, kids, wives, girlfriends, projects, assignments, classes… and that I was mostly a very obedient worker and excellent student.  Okay.  So what.  Who am I?

It took a couple more weeks to discover the answer.  I’m still wrestling with it.

One of the answers was, “LAUNCH ShaolinZen.TV.”

Huh?

“MAKE THAT your primary website.”

Huh?

I argued with God a little but he was not impressed with my ineptitude, laziness, or lack of resources to launch this website…

Finally.  I acquiesced.  (I’m not a pushover for any God…)

So I’ve been working on ShaolinZen.TV

Since Shaolin Zen Television is actually an offshoot of the Shaolin Zen CyberTemple at www.ShaolinZen.org — I decided to offer the Buddhism classes as podcasts and video series…  And stuff I haven’t decided on yet… Because my Vision Quest said to…

In fact, I went another level and decided to use the same LifterLMS Learning Management Software of our Shaolin Chi Mantis school and use it on ShaolinZen.TV also to make a better student atmosphere with QUIZZES and PROGRAMS and MEMBERSHIPS… ALL FOR FREE.

Yeah.  I hope I’ll sell some stuff.  But the classes and all the programs are going to always be FREE.  Seems more Buddhist that way!

One thing, that surprised me, was to change direction and launch ShaolinZen.TV website/radio station/television station…

I went around my office and looked at my various strategies and plans I’d drawn up since moving here to Lancaster in October. None of them had ShaolinZen.TV. If this was such a good idea–why hadn’t I thought of it?

Well, obviously, I’ve done more than think of it. I’ve tried to launch the website a few times but without any movies or… stuff to make it what it should be. More multi-media… as we said in the “old-school” days.

But here I am. Alone in reality–seeking not to be alone in an infinite Abbys of spiritual ether. (Yeah. I’m finding the logic to difficult to locate also.)

I could and maybe should go into more detail… but the reason I’m here… the reason I’m posting this FIRST POST of this NEW WordPress website designed by Rich Connor Singing Webmaster of Shaolin Digital for our parent company, Shaolin Communications which is owned by Richard Del Connor… me.

So I’m doing this for me. Huh?

I have to somehow figure out how to make this a “MULTI-MEDIA” website?

Since this is “Shaolin” and that’s what I’m really promoting here then… what do I do?

The me-me-me-me-me thing is tickling me. I need to be more selfish. Most people need to be less selfish. Sorry for pointing that out…

For me? Well, I’ve had some fun up to here.

Perhaps I’ll explain more later, but this website was prominent in my Vision Quest.
